Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2026

Please be advised that the Annual General Meeting will be held on

Saturday June 6th 2026 at the Llangollen Pavilion, Abbey Road, Llangollen. LL20 8SW commencing at 2pm in agreement with the organisers of the Llangollen Garden Railway Festival. We’ll have facilities for members to attend in person at the festival or virtually via a Zoom link.

Members are reminded that nominations for Committee and/or items of Nominated Business should be in the hands of the Secretary at least 28days prior to the meeting.

The AGM will be run again this year on Zoom, including an online/postal ballot. A difference this year is it will include a physical meeting linked by Zoom. The result of the ballot will be announced at this meeting. All members will hav received an email invite on 19th May with the zoom link details.
