Submissions to the Journal

Submissions from members are welcome and should normally be sent a minimum of 6 weeks before publication date (see Copy Dates below).

Text should be supplied as Microsoft Word or Open Document files.
Pictures (clearly identified against their text position where appropriate) should be sent as JPEG, GIFF or PNG format, please use a high resolution if possible. Do not insert pictures into text files, please.

All submissions are reviewed and may be edited before inclusion.
Inclusion in a specific, or any, edition is not guaranteed.

Copy Deadlines

The next two issues are due to Despatched on 1st March 2023 and 28th May.
(the submission deadline for Spring 2023 is 22nd January, while for Summer it is 21st April)

Spring 2023 Issue

The Winter issue complete with 2023 calendar was distributed at the beginning of December. Preparation of the Spring 2023 issue has now started.

Back copies of the Journal are available free for Society members in PDF format. Email [email protected] with your name, membership number and the edition required. Please Note: As this is a manual process it may take several days for a reply.
